What's the difference between a Custom Website and a Shopify E-Commerce plan?
A Custom Website is a brochure-style or content-driven site built with Next.js — ideal for service businesses, portfolios, and blogs that don't need an online store. The Shopify plan adds a full headless commerce frontend connected to your Shopify backend, designed for selling products with high performance.
What does "headless" Shopify mean?
Normally Shopify controls both the backend (products, orders) and the frontend (what customers see). "Headless" separates them — we build a custom frontend using Next.js that talks to Shopify's APIs. You get Shopify's powerful admin panel plus a much faster, more flexible website that doesn't look or feel like a typical Shopify theme.
What is "Ongoing Maintenance" and do I need it?
Ongoing Maintenance covers keeping your site secure, up-to-date, and running at peak performance. This includes security patches, dependency updates, Core Web Vitals monitoring, and content updates. Every business benefits from it — a website that isn't maintained can become slow, insecure, or break over time.
What kind of projects fit under "Bespoke Solution"?

Who owns the final code and design?
